Once again I am forced to point out that I was right. Not to toot my own horn, but... TOOT, TOOT!

Ahem, I hate to point this out, but here it is: Tim Jackson- Masi Guy said...
I'm having a hard time picking a clear cut favorite for this year.

I think Basso has the legs, but has he recovered enough after the Giro?

Can Ullrich find his head early enough that he can win, rather than later when he can't anymore?

Will Landis find the form of his life? Or Leipheimer? Or Hincapie? Or???

I love Bob; I wonder if the Bitch Kittie made it into his suitcase...

This was posted on June 27th on this very blog.

You might recall this post made on the same day, but with greater conviction:

My other favorite is Landis. I just like him! He seems nice and he won the Tour de Georgia (including the time trial that ended here in Chattanooga!)and did well overall in the spring so I'd like to see him excel in France.

Not to toot MY own horn, But Tim darling, You were a doubter to start whilst I have been a supporter the whole freakin' time!!! I love you (is that okay?) but man, give the credit where it is due! Yes, you said Mr. Landis had scared you the last time you rode with him, but you were not convinced he would have "the form of his life". No sir, I (ME ME ME)called it first! And I'm just some chick in the South that doesn't know squat about cycling. And no, it isn't just beginner's luck---I won the NFL Fantasy football league I was in last year too! I'm just good at this stuff.

So, when you have a question you'd like answered, feel free to contact me. Dang, I should start charging for this stuff!

Hope you laughed some & aren't too offended, Mr. Jackson!!

A) How on earth would I get offended by glaringly wrong observations. As a cycling pundit/ industry insider, it is my right... no duty, to change my mind at any time.

2) I'm still right.
