Farewell, summer. But bring on fall. As you know, Donna, September and October (at least the first half of it) is one of the best times to be in New England. It gets crappy after that, but let's revel in the next 6 weeks or so.
High 40s in the early morning for me, but then climbing into the 80s in the afternoon.
Have a great weekend, all! My wife and I will celebrate our 16 years of marriage this weekend. On Monday we'll go up to San Francisco and ride around the city on our bikes, cross the Golden Gate Bridge (by bike), rent kayaks in Sausalito and float around in the Bay, then take the ferry back.
I know what you are talking about. Yesterday morning I had to use a base layer for a 60 deg. ride, and this morning, I had to turn on my heat since it is 46 degs. out. Feels like cross season, bring it on!!!!
Tim - as Bryan has mentioned, the temps here are perfect. Cool in the morning, warm enough for shorts during the day and then just a long sleeve t-shirt in the evening. Perfect.
Fritz - your weekend sounds perfect. Happy Anniversary to you and your wife!
Reva - congrats on the Vols win. I know that kicks off fall on the right foot for you.
Dave - heat? Brrrrrr....please don't feel the need to share the cold weather with us just yet....
When I write on my blog or contribute to the Krew's blog, Perewitz Plog or The Spokesmen Podcast they are my very own opinions and thoughts. They do not necessarily reflect the opinion of any company I currently work for or with.

It's still 80 freakin degrees here, which mean 290 in my car at the end of the day.
I wish I could be out there for fall and the colors; we don't have anything like that out here in SoCal.
Plus the trout fishing in the fall is awesome out there...
